Annamalai University exam form May 2017- The Annamalai University Directorate of Distance education has published the notification regarding May 2017 examination.
Students are pursuing various programmes from the university via distance education mode such as Degree, Diploma, Certificate, Foundation, Grade, etc.
They can fill up their exam form by downloading it from the university official website or they can fill up exam form online and pay the examination fee via online mode as well.

The eligible students who wish to register them for the upcoming Annamalai Exam May 2017 via downloading application form the website can pay their exam fee via Demand Draft.
The applicant has to send the filled in application form along with prescribed fee in the demand draft (from a nationalised or scheduled bank only) to the Controller of Examinations, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar – 608 002.
The DD has to be made in favour of the Controller of Examinations, Annamalai University payable at Chidambaram or Chennai. Both fee and exam form should reach the university before or on the due date. Otherwise, it may be rejected.

The last date of receipt of examination form and fee:
- 6th April 2017 – No Late Fee
- 20th April 2017- With late fee of Rs.500/-
- 4th May 2017- With late fee of Rs.750/- (at Annamalainagar exam centre only)
Note: It should be noted that the university will not take any responsibility in case of loss of application form in transit.

The university provides the link on its official website to fill up examination form online. Students who wish to save their time and do not want to fill application form by downloading it from the website can register them online for the upcoming examination.

Examination Fee:
The examination fee for all the courses is not same. It varies from Rs.100 to Rs.850/- depending upon the course whether it is a theory, practical, etc. The students should check out examination notification to know about the fee for different courses.
If the student is appearing for the first time in the examination of any semester or year, then he should fill up application form for all the paper of the respective Year/Semester.
The candidate has to pay the Annamalai University exam fees for all the papers irrespective of the fact that he/she intend to appear for all the papers or not.
It should be noted that the fee once paid will not be refunded back under any circumstances. Also, it can not be carried over to next examinations.
Important Instructions:
The students who do not have adequate attendance in compulsory Personal Contact Programmes (PCP) or those who have never attended it for the required courses should not appear for the examination.The answer sheets of the students will not be evaluated for the students who will not register them for some course and still appears in the examination.
It is advised to all the students that they must fill out their important details such as Enrolment Number Full Name (in CAPITAL LETTER), course name, subject name, etc. correctly in the form
