Winter’s not only reduce the sweat through precipitation but also makes you lazy and you never want to get out of bed. However, the health still remains foremost for any individual. One should not compromise when it comes to health weather it be hell or high seas.we have mentioned below few remedies that will help you in keeping yourself away from fatigue and laziness. These are as follows:

Warm-up is very important as opening up your muscles is essential for your body.Usually muscle stiffness is experieced during winters thus it is important to warm-up and relax the muscles before you begin with the actual workout. How you choose to warm up totally depends on you. Whether it is indoor or outdoor does’t matter, you may choose as per convenience.

Beware of the cold:. Freezing air outside gets in through your nose and ears only to settle in your chest and lungs thus making you fall sick. Take proper care to cover yoursef up properly so that you don’t fall sick. If you have been exposed to cold air already and feeling pain, cough or shortness of breath; consult a doctor immediately before it worsens.

Keep Check on Water Intake per day: When you are all covered up in layers of clothes all over you, you usually don’t feel the need to hydrate. You don’t seem to realize that your intake of water is becoming less as otherwise in summers. It is advised to you to keep a check on your water intake per day as it can keep you away from dizziness, laziness or tiredness. Keeping yourself hydrated is important to reduce the chances of body temperature fall. Have water even if you don’t feel thirsty as it will help keep a balance in your body.

Exercise! Sweating helps to keep you fit and healthy. It is not important to hit the gym or go out on long runs if you don’t like the cold. However you can choose various indoor exercises to sweat which will not only boost your spirits but also keep you fit. You can opt to dance your fatigue away or prefer to relax with a quick power yoga session. If you are a vigorous worker you can try Zumba and Aerobics. If you are a gym freak bring home some multipurpose gym equipment that will help you train your muscles in many ways like suspension trainers or gym balls. Dumbbells or kettle bells can also help you in many exercises. Playing games like badminton or table tennis or other indoor games can also be very beneficial.

Type of Clothes you wear during winter: Take note of what clothes you wear as it is very important to keep yourself healthy during winters. You must wear proper clothes that not only cover you up but also keep you warm. Avoid cotton clothes in winter as it does not allow sweat to evaporate. Woolen or mixed cloth of cotton and polyester also helps to pulls sweat thus keeping you dry and warm. You must change your clothes after a workout session so that you don’t get cold of sweaty clothes.

Eat Healthy food: Taking healthy food and diet is very much essential during your whole life span. So, same is the case during the winters as well. Try to eat the food which keeps you warm from inside. Have nuts like almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, peanuts etc which will help you keep warm from inside and develop internal immunity. Have green tea which can not only fight against many illness but also keep you warm and cozy at all times. It can also treat parched throats and bad digestion.
